Been going here for a little over a month. I will say this, if you are considering CrossFit at all, you need to at least check this place out. The instructors are amazing and really get to know you and help you set goals. They want you to succeed. They provide scaling options for all abilities and from day one, I felt like I was welcome. The whole staff is amazing. I’m not trying to get ripped or anything crazy but if you want an instructor lead, whole body workout, like I was, this is your place! They will show you how to move correctly before you do any weights. Thank you, The Hill CrossFit. You’ve gotten me on a path to living a more healthy lifestyle. Until the next workout, cheers!

The Hill is a great gym to get your sweat on. The coaches are great educators and I was never afraid to ask any questions. The members are also great and gave me a sense of community. No matter your skill level you can thrive at The Hill.

I was KC for a week and decided to drop in at Memorial Hill. They offered a quick tour and introduced me to the coaches. The gym was spacious, clean, welcoming, fully equipped, and the class was led very well. I will probably go back a second time before my stay is over, and will definitely return the next time I'm in KC. Thanks Matt and the rest of the staff. Updating my review: back in KC for another visit, and dropped in again. Josh led a great class. I received meaningful feedback and a great workout. A+ as usual!

Awesome gym! I’ve struggled with CrossFit gyms where there isn’t sufficient time to warm up, work on technique, and then get a good workout in. They really make sure you can go through the workout safely and it’s still a great WOD where I feel I’m building my skills and strength
